Petroleum Academy has strict privacy policy. All Customer information are held in confidence. None of the Customer information is shared with any third party.

Terms And Conditions

The customer goes on line to select courses of interest and submit the information including customer contact details. Then Petroleum Academy gets in touch with the customer to confirm course selections. Then an invoice and other information are sent to the customer.

The customer has five days before the start of the course to cancel or request for a postponement of the start date. There is no extra charge if the customer request to move the course to a future date. Cancelled courses after payment will attract a charge of 25%. Cancellation less than 5-days before the start of the program, will be moved to a new date for the Customer, without refund.
